“Strength in Honour” WoW Guild

Strength in Honour is a different guild because we aspire to do something that the game actively works against. We succeed at doing end game content without any of the "job" aspects that come with end game content guilds. We don't have attendance requirements, we don't force you spec your character a certain way, we don't thumb our nose at people for equipment choices.

Strength in Honour is primarily a community guild. We don't have attendance rules in-game, we don't have level restrictions, and we're a fairly casual bunch. At the same stroke we're mastering end game content as a collection of players who are interested in experiencing the content without immediate gratification. We work at a collection of end game instances including ToC, Ony, and VoA. These raids are conducted by the guild and loot distribution is governed by a very casual friendly DKP system.

We do require participation on our guild forums. Running as large and as crazy a guild as ours means that we (alliance and horde players alike) need a central spot to socialize. We do that officially on our guild forums, and unofficially through cross faction alts and ventrilo.

If you enjoy the satisfaction of learning and mastering new encounters in the large raid setting, we might be a good fit for you. If you are interested in a fast track to mastering frontier raiding and acquiring massive amounts of epics and have a schedule that demands that you raid upwards of five times a week, you should probably apply to any of the various guilds that are aggressively trying to make those schedules. If you've got enough time to make a few raids a week, but can't always commit to a schedule that demands attendance, we might be a better fit.

We treat our applications seriously. If you don't put any time into the questions and don't make an effort to get introduced and known on the forums, your application is not likely going to be well received. We are looking for people who are involved in game in more than just raiding. If this isn't your goal in joining, this probably isn't going to go well.
