“Decerto” WoW Guild

Who We Are:
Decerto is one of the oldest and most successful raiding guilds on Misha. Formed in 2006 on Vek'nilash Decerto had the privilege of opening the AQ gates, then later after the guild disbanded several veterans transferred to Misha to rebuild the guild in 2007. In BC Decerto was the premier 25-man raiding guild on the server, enjoying a great deal of success all the way up to Sunwell. We also raided successfully through WoTLK, and raided all end game content on a more casual level. The guild spent the majority of Cataclysm in hibernation as most of our core looked elsewhere for MMO entertainment or simply took a much needed break from things. Now that Pandaria is upon us, we're back rebuilding and looking to have some fun!

What we're looking for:
We're seeking mature dedicated semi-hardcore raiders with good senses of humour, who take their jobs seriously, and want to be part of a successful raiding guild. Experience in previous expansions raid content is always an asset, but we are most certainly willing to help players fresh to raiding in MoP that show promise and dedication. A good attitude will garner a lot of support from the guild.

What we offer:
Decerto will always be a progression raiding guild, and in that respect we offer a focused and co-ordinated environment during raids where you will get the opportunity to experience the latest PvE content as it's deployed. We keep things light-hearted, don't believe in chewing people out for mistakes, and will never brag or act like douchebags about our achievements. "Be proud, but not boastful" has been the primary ideology for the guild since inception. We provide full repairs, pots, flasks, gems & enchants for our raiders to help ease the cost and time-sink of raiding keeping the focus on the fun. Outside of raiding we welcome alts, have farm nights for gearing and fun-runs for old PvE content and achievements.

Current Recruitment Needs:
Actively recruiting several classes for all roles. See above for up to date roster openings. Everyone that makes the ToT raiding roster will be equitably rotated throughout one of the two groups on a weekly basis with the exception of any rare progression encounters that may call for a specific comp. Please see above - or check our website - for specific recruitment needs.
A note on gear levels: We are far more interested in people with the right attitude and consistency versus high levels of gear. Already we've had some great success stories with players joining us with little gear or experience flourish into great raiders, and on the flip-side we've had more than a few with great gear but sadly little else to offer. Don't let your worries about inexperience or low gear hold you back from applying! We are very open minded with any honest applications.

Other expectations:
- Minimum 80% avg. raid attendence
- Willing to be in an equitable raid rotation
- Have all consumables or help farm to sustain guild stocks
- Prompt assembly for raids
- Ventrilo w/mic.
