“Truthiness” Guild

Truthiness Recruiting
Looking for skilled, experienced players that can consistently make a Thu/Sun 6:30-9:30pm schedule. We are filling out our raiding group to progress with us through normal then heroic HFC. While we only raid two nights a week, we are looking for active players that like to do other content on non-raid nights.
Our current recruiting needs are:
Rogue
Pally (Prot w/ Ret)
Monk (Brewmaster w/ Windwalker)
Druid (balance)
Warlock
Mage
Priests (any, preferably a disc/shadow and/or holy/shadow)
We will consider other classes if you are the right fit for personality, reliability, and skill. However, we have 7 of our 12 regular raiders rolling on the Protector (warrior, hunter, shaman, monk) tier token.

Who We Are
Truthiness is a casual raiding guild with a focus on fun and friendship while maintaining a balance of progressive raiding.
Key Expectations of Truthiness Members:
• Be respectful of fellow guild members and others on the Misha server. We enjoy joking around and having fun, but please be aware of what is appropriate and what is not.
• Communicate - let us know what runs you need, when you want to raid, or if something isn't quite right. The leadership of the guild cannot read minds and won't know unless you speak up
• No drama - we are a drama-free guild and will stay that way.

Requirements for Joining
• 18+ years of age (some guild/vent chat is not appropriate for those <18)
• Understand that not every guild will fit each person - while you are getting to know us, we are also getting to know you. If it isn't a good fit then we'll talk about it. No hard feelings if you decide to move on.

Truthiness Raiding
• Our raids are FUN, if it isn't fun then it isn't worth spending hours doing it.
• Our raids are smooth and successful because each of us takes responsibility to know our class, gear appropriately, and work as a team. We are happy to help with spec questions and gearing up.
• Raiders respect the time of others and arrive on-time to raids with appropriate consumables, etc. If you will be late, please let the raid leader know in advance so they can make arrangements to hold or fill the spot until you can arrive.
• If you are in the raiding schedule, please accept or decline ASAP so we do not have last minute line-up changes.
