REDFIST LEGION IS RECRUITING!

Moon Guard US Alliance.

We are a group in the Eastern Time Zone looking for raiders to join us for Mythic Raiding content. We are a semi-casual guild, looking to have fun and enjoy progression. We are currently 7/7H EN.

Who Are We?

We are a close-knit gaming community that has been playing a long list of games together for over 6 years. Although we do like to win, our main priority is having fun and enjoying the game. Each member of our group has played at different levels of intensity in the past, from hardcore progression raiders to LFR. Now, we are coming together for the first time to play World of Warcraft as a group and are are excited to welcome new members.

Raiding!

Raid Times: Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 3:15 PM EST. If you cannot make a raid you signed up for we are not going to kick anyone, but we do encourage you to come as much as possible. Also, just let us know in advance if you can’t join the whole 3 hours. We will be running 1 day heroic 1 day Mythic.

Minimum Requirements: For Mythic raiding content we will require all DPS applicants to maintain at a minimum 250k DPS single target. We don’t want to sit anyone but wiping due to enrages over and over again isn’t fun for anyone either.

Loot System: We are going to use a tried and true system of looting know as DKP (Dragon Kill Points). We have a fair system setup that will reward our raiders for coming to progression raids and staying until the end. We have two bidding tiers: open and main. You can only bid main twice in one raid one main bid for tier gear, and one for everything else. It is only available to members and officers, and carries with it a larger minimum bid. This information is better explained on our website.

Trial Period: Any new members will go through a 2 raid trial period, where they can not bid on items unless they go to an “Open Bid”. And afterwards we will make a decision for your promotion.


WoW Logs: We currently log every fight, you can search for our guild on warcraftlogs.com

Voice Software: We currently use discord for all our VOIP needs. There is always someone hanging out in our Discord. We will require you to be on Discord during raids at least listening.

Standing in the Fire: No matter how cold you are, standing in the fire is bad. You may not hear the end of it from us. Looking at you Butters! Forely*

Alt Policy: You can only have one main character in the guild, and they are the only ones who can bid in the main phase. Normally, you will not be allowed to change mains in the middle of the raid tier. However, for a month or so into Legion we will allow it since we will all be deciding what class we want to play.

Other stuff:
PvP: We have a few active pvpers in the guild who are always looking for new players to join them. If there is enough interest we will start a scheduled guild RBG group.

Dungeons: Everyone currently in our guild is a huge fan of 5-man content. We are running mythic+ whenever we have the chance and do pickup groups in the guild all week long. We also have a drunk mythic challenge night.

Roles Needed: Check out our website for a detailed list, but currently we are in need of some solid DPSers, prefer ranged and rogues, one healer and one tank.
