Classes of High Interest:
All roles, especially ranged dps and healers, that are ready and able to perform at Pandarian level content are wanted. If you feel that you can perform well but just lack the gear, don't be afraid to apply.

Why We Are Recruiting:
We're expanding our guild for Mists of Pandaria and need a few more to help fill in some spots.

We're currently preparing for the upcoming expansion. We are looking for people who want to play this game, not at a hardcore level, but not at a casual level. We strive to keep a good balance of fun and a good progression mindset. We want people to make friends and have fun in the game, while being able to see as much of the content as possible. When it comes down to progression we expect everyone to be prepared to raid, online, and ready to go once raid invites are out. Players need to be focused, and toons need to be kept up to par with the best enchants and gems for your class.
We make sure that we have an optimal group composition for every encounter. On farm content, you can expect a very open and humorous atmosphere where you can relax as you do your job. On new content, you can expect a much more serious raid where you are expected to deliver top-notch performances consistently. Outside of raids our members spend much of their time running heroics, leveling alts, and pvping.

When We Raid:
We currently raid Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, from 5pm-8pm PST (Invites go out at 5pm, inside by 5:30pm. raid end times may vary.)

Raid Spots:
Raid spots are earned, and maintained, based on raider performance. Raid composition will be determined and handled by the raid leaders. If for some reason you are put on standby, you are still required to be present, and ready to raid.

Loot system:
We currently use a Loot Council to distribute loot. When an item drops, raiders that are interested link what they currently have equipped in that item slot. The council will then vote in private, while taking into consideration things such as attendance, attitude, degree of upgrade to the person as well as to the guild, and overall performance. The purpose of a loot council is to distribute gear in a way that will most effectively boost the power of the raid as a whole, allowing the raid to be more successful and continue progression.

Expectations for Potential Applicants:

- All gear must be gemmed and enchanted properly before submitting application.
- You must be able to maintain high raid attendance (80%+) as we only raid 3 day a week, and post prior to raid absences when possible.
- Raid invites go out at 5:00PM PST. Must be online and in front of raid instance and prepared to raid AT 5:30PM PST.
- Come to raid prepared - research fights ahead of time (videos, reading strategies, etc), foods, flasks, potions etc. Once raiders achieve raider rank, we provide mats for various gear enhancements (gems, chants, buckles, etc).
- Must be willing to install and use required raid add-ons.
- You must have ventrilo and a working microphone (and be willing to use it!).
- Must be able to follow simple directions.
- Good situational awareness is a must. Don't stand in the fire, don't stand in the goo.
- Come to raid, come for progression, come to down bosses and to be a part of the team.


Register on our forums with your character’s in-game name. We must be able to armory your registered name in order to approve the account.
