Raid Times
We are currently progressing in 25 man TotGC and just downed Twins on October 15th, 2009.
Monday - 7:30 - 11:30 CST
Tuesday - 7:30 - 11:30 CST
Wednesday - 7:30 - 11:30 CST
Thursday - 7:30 - 11:30 CST
If you can't make all those times please do not apply. We are looking for someone who fills these qualities.
Qualities
- Is fairly geared. Must have at least ilvl 226/245+ gear.
- Must have a decent level of raiding experience. Experience in all ToC fights are required. If you have experience in any TotGC fights that is a plus.
- You must be able to take criticism. If you can't accept that you did something wrong or refuse to improve because your way is 'better' then we don't want you.
- You must have Ventrilo and use it. We do not like mutes. It's been a fairly good pattern that we do not like people who do not talk on vent.
- Read up on boss fights and come prepared. No one likes 25 minute explanations, so read up before hand and watch videos. If you don't, don't apply.
If you do not meet any one of the above qualities, do not apply.
Loot
We pretty much just /100 and spread loot evenly for the week. Sometimes we make mistakes, but it's a whole lot less stressful then calculating DKP for every boss / item.
Guild Structure
The guild has been together for over 4 years, so we aren't planning on going anywhere. The guild is run by 1 GM, 2 Raid Leaders, and 4 officers. We have 2 main ranks, Member and Raider.
