About Us:
Ira Deorum is a newly formed hardcore 10 man based Alliance raiding guild which resides on the US-Ner’zhul server. We were formed with one goal, to be the best
Raid schedule:
Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:00pm - 11:00pm PST.
Raid Environment:
We are dedicated and competitive raiders and expect such from all of our new applicants. We want to progress and clear content, so we expect our raiders to have a solid understanding of the current raid content and its mechanics. We want players that can help contribute to the strategy development process and can pull their own weight in a raid. We use max consumables on every fight and expect our raiders to fully understand their class and their role within the raid. Consumables are provided by the guild bank when possible.
Note – We don’t recruit for ‘backup’ spots. We’re looking for raiders to fill core spots.
Recruitment:
Our ideal applicant is reliable, intelligent, highly motivated, and a team player. You logon consistently for raid nights, and give ample notice when you will miss a raid. You do not have to be told to do more DPS or Heal better. You are always looking for ways to improve your play and your character. You read/learn the strategies for boss fights ahead of time, before the raid.
Loot Distribution:
We use a loot council based system to distribute loot. The way how loot distribution is determined is based on: raid attendance, raid preparation, and knowledge of your class and boss content.
