Raids per week: 2

Recruiting (outdated):
all classes
We are currently accepting all classes and roles for raiding.

We are trying to form a second 10-man, so if you are interested in raiding on either team, or just looking for a home, please contact our recruitment officer, Hydí!

All players looking to raid should have good raid awareness, knowledge of the fights we will be facing, and a good grasp on the mechanics of their class.

DPS: While we do not have a hard DPS requirement (i.e "You must pull over 60k or you cannot raid!"), you are expected to pull your own weight as well as perform over the base line of the patch (meaning if the average DPS for a elemental shaman is around 40k, you should be pulling 40k or higher). DPS must have raid awareness and good class knowledge. A death during a fight is a burden to the rest of your team, and must be avoided at all costs.

HEALERS: Healers are expected to, of course, keep us alive. Good mana management as well as minimal over-healing, the ability to dispell correctly, and the lack of a desire to stand in fire just so you can get that LAST cast off is something very, very desirable.

TANKS: While we generally don't have a need for tanking classes, all are invited to apply. Having a DPS offspec (or healing, if you are a hybrid class) that you are able to correctly play is a plus. Tanks are required to know boss mechanics well enough to just about teach others, have impeccable raid awareness. You must know how to manage your cooldowns to both keep yourself alive and at/near full, while making your healer's job as easy as possible.

We are generally looking for people who are or are near to being raid ready. If you just dinged level cap and are still in full questing greens, you'll probably still be recruited but you won't be raiding for a while.

WE DO NOT PASS OUT FREE GEAR. While we do craft and help raiders and members with gear, we do not pass it out for free to the one who whines the most. Joining to raid, then expecting us to gear you up is the fastest way to get yourself laughed off the server by the majority of guilds. You are expected to pull your own weight and show effort, which includes gearing up your own toon. The Raid finder is a glorious tool that grants entry-level raiding gear for fresh 90's. It should not be overlooked because 'the players are mean' or 'the content is too easy'. BOE's are distributed within raid on the spot, and crafted gear is made for those players who have shown an effort to deserve it.
