The Lost Boys are an Alliance World of Warcraft Guild on the Proudmoore Realm. There are several things that the Lost Boys guild represents.

1) We are a fun guild to be in.
2) We are family oriented.
3) We like to succeed.
4) We like to progress.
5) We like to raid and are serious about raiding.

First and foremost is having fun. If you are not having fun with this guild, then this is really not the place for you. Most of the folks in our guild have friends within the guild (either from before, or have made friends in game). This means that as a guild we are pretty friendly and even familiar with each other. The one rule that you must keep in mind is to respect each other. Respect the things we do for each other and respect your fellow guildmates and the sacrifices we all make for each other.

There is a saying we like to use, "One ant cannot do everything needed for the colony, but many ants working together support the colony and the colony supports the ants." This holds true as long as you are willing to put in the effort and sacrifices for the guild. The more you put in, the more you will get out.

As for our raid environment, we would like to keep a fairly relaxed atmostphere while raiding. But the relaxed atmosphere does not mean there is no discipline. We expect nothing less but cooperation and performance of duties during a raid. This means we can have fun, complete our raid, and progress at a faster pace in a more enjoyable way.

Raiding is not a requirement, but it is highly recommended you try and attend all raids if possible. We are a casual raiding guild which means that any real life activites which may prevent you from attending raids is perfectly understandable. Most people in our guild are either working full time and/or are going to school. Attending the raids regularly ensures that the hard work that everyone is putting in to gear everyone else up is not wasted.

We are here for each other. We are all our own unique individuals and we try to be as understanding as possible with anything that may arise. We are a family and we work just like a family.
