Who are we?
We are a new guild that formed off the guild Placeholder - Proudmoore US
We made a new guild with the best players from Placeholder to ensure that this tier goes well, we had some casual people that were holding us back last tier.
We are looking for players who are willing to put in the same effort that we all put in.
Our aim at Rhetorical is to clear the hardest content at steady pace before any nerfs or new tiers of raiding.
We encourage a healthy atmosphere of competition, both in terms of doing damage, but also avoiding taking damage and typically favor people who execute mechanics perfectly.
We do not believe in yelling or abusing members who do make mistakes, and focus is placed on ensuring that if a mistake is made, it is turned into a learning opportunity, rather than a verbal smackdown.
What we expect from you
You have proper PC and connection (your fps is not limiting your performance and you dont get disconnected often).
We want hard workers. People who research their class. People who research encounters.
We want players with a great attitude to guild and character progression and development. If your attitude is poor, you will not fit in this guild.
We want people who put the guild before themselves. Progress is #1, your iLvl comes secondary to that. Whether this regards items, raid spots or anything else. Decisions are always made to focus on the guild needs.
What Rhetorical will offer you
- A goal driven end game raiding environment.
- A strong and well adapted leadership.
- Adult, social mature people to interact with.
- A great sense of community and belonging.
- Voice server for both raid and out of raid activities.
- Alt raids on weekends
Loot System
We run a loot council method of loot distribution. Ultimately this is to ensure the best players get the most appropriate loot for their class/spec/skill. It also allows us to control the roster and setup and maximize the raid iLvl to the demands of each progress boss.
Raiding Schedule
We aim to have a semi-hardcore raiding schedule, that focuses on quality raiding instead of quantity.
Pacific Standard Time
Tuesday: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Wednesday: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Thursday: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Monday: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Raiders are expected to attend these raids on a close to 100% basis.
