Expectations

We expect:
*That you show up consistently and provide reasons for your absences.
*That you are up to date on current boss strategies.
*That you are knowledgeable about your class, and expend the effort required to keep it that way. We have EJ links for all classes in our member section, there's no excuse to not know how to gem correctly, for example.
*That you show up to raids prepared.
*That you don't cause unnecessary drama or harass other guildmates.
*That you use the necessary addons required for raiding. Noteably: Some form of boss mod (DBM, BigWigs, etc), raid frames, a threat meter, and so forth. Ventrillo is also necessary.
*That you in general contribute to the guild as a whole, with regards to personality, raiding and a sense of community.

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 8pm-12am CST.

Loot
We run a loot council. The officers take into account attendance, performance and current gear level (ie. how much of an upgrade it would be) in distributing loot and try to be as fair as we can.
