We classify ourselves as 'semi-hardcore' because we're a casual
group of people but we love raiding! We have a lot of talent in our
crew which is why we are able to keep up with the most current
content while only raiding 3 nights a week for 2 hours. We always
start on time and always end on time as many of us have real life
elements that we deal with. That being said, here's our current
schedule ...
Monday: 7:30pm (invites @ 7:15) - 9:30pm
Tuesday: 7:30pm (invites @ 7:15) - 9:30pm
Thursday: 7:30pm (invites @ 7:15) - 9:30pm
On a typical night, we have 10-12 people show up. If there are no volunteers, we do rolls to determine who has to sit out that night. Often we have volunteers to sit out a night, not because they do not want to raid, but because they are considerate of their fellow raiders. There does exist the occasional Thursday night that we end up with only 7-9 people. We do not resort to pugging to fill in raid spots, we use that time to work on the previous tier's heroics and achievements.
We do rolls for loot, needing for main spec only. You're allowed to roll need on an offspec piece if and only if nobody needed the item for their main spec. This loot system has always worked for us due to the good nature of our raiders.
Again we have an enormous amount of talent in MMC, multiple raiders are ranked highly on numerous websites for their good numbers. We are always looking to recruit highly skilled raiders. If you think you have what it takes to keep up you're welcome to apply both in game or via our website. Know your class, be ready to answer some questions. We recruit the player, not the gear. Don't suck.
