Recruitment
We are always recruiting like-minded, seasoned raiders who wish to clear content at a steady pace without the rigors of a 4-5+ day/week schedule.
Currently our raid week is 10.5hrs; however, we've been known to add time as the guildmates' schedules permit at the beginning of expansions or tiers to help advance our early progression and/or perform loot funnelling prior to Mythic release.
As such, experienced raiders are encouraged to apply even if they are not directly listed in our recruitment needs.
About us
We are a Mythic raiding guild on US-Sargeras. We are a progression orientated guild with ties dating back to Vanilla/BC. Throughout Mists of Pandaria and into Warlords, we have been "raiding on a budget". Our time is precious and we know yours is as well. Efficiency is paramount as we don't raid as often or as long as other guilds. Our raid times are currently set as follows:
Tues/Wed/Sun: 8 - 11:30pm CST
About our players
We are a mix of humours, vernaculars, and sensibilities. Our players are mature, driven, competitive, and always looking to improve themselves and their fellow raiders. Over the years we have learned to give and take criticism and communicate our goals with each other in a collaborative, progression-minded atmosphere. We've found that communication and organization are extremely important to effectively raiding less hours but maintaining a competitive progression cycle.
If your sensibilities are delicate, you don't take to constructive criticism well, or you are not competitive by nature, then DS won't be a good fit for you. Again, we are passionate about raiding and strive to improve ourselves and our guildmates each raid.
As an added bonus, we have a fairly active late-night social community for the nighthawks and insomniacs that chat, play other games, or theorycraft outside of raid.
What we expect
We expect all of our applicants to be able to take criticism objectively, research their class and the encounters, maintain high attendance, and put the needs of the guild ahead of their own.
