“Insight” Guild

<Insight> on Sargeras (10 man)is a 3 night/week (tuesday wednesday sunday)(7-11 central) raiding guild. We just recently added a third night to achieve further progression come 5.2. We strive on using the time we have to maximize our progression. We push ourselves with the goal of achieving more by raiding less.


Recruitment

We are currently recruiting exceptional raiders. We are expecting you to be able to play at a high skill level while having a competitive amount of gear. We aren't looking for players who expect a free ride. You have to show your determination to succeed and by doing so it will reflect your performance in raid. So, if you think you are an exceptional raider and looking to raid with like minded individuals please contact Jayvo in game or by real id (Jayvo#1486)

We are recruiting for core spots only and not the bench. We have 11 core raiders to ensure we have a flexible group composition to allow for progression to be possible.

Expectations
We expect all our raiders to be on 15 minutes before raid to ensure we promptly start on time. As well, close to 100% attendance is what allows for us to have such a small core of players. We understand that real life happens, but we are expecting each one of our raiders to show

Raid Schedule
Tuesday: 8-12 est
Wednesday: 8-12 est
Sunday: 8-12 est

As a guild <Insight> provides feasts aka Noodle Carts. But it up to the guild itself to help out.

We offer you the opportunity to progress without sacrificing 20-25 hours of your week. We understand real life can be overwhelming, so by giving our raiders more time to focus on their work/family, it allows them to come to raid fresh and stress free while we push progression.

Loot Rules
We use free roll as our loot distribution system because we trust our members to see who needs the upgrades most and do what they feel is best for the group. But Ultimately everyone is in on the loot council.
