We are in need of a permanent Raid Leader for our N content as we
progress into mythic and new content. If you are experienced with
leading raids and are looking to be a core raider, we might have a
spot for you!
Please apply if you think you will be a great asset to our team. We are currently accepting applications for any class/spec interested although we prefer Skilled Raiders 640+ ilvl to be considered for a current raid spot.
Raiders with the team player/attitude/mindset geared rather quickly!Leave the e-peen at home. Destructive elitism will NOT be tolerated.We like to have a chill raid atmosphere.
We are going to be putting a core raid group together going into Blackrock Foundry. I won't be putting this team together solely on my own judgement, but with some of the other people who have already proven themselves capable and committed raiders. I know some people have wondered why we are not raiding on Thursday and Friday this xpac, and the answer is that the few times we tried that, too few people showed up. Tuesday and Wednesday had better attendance. Once we have a core group, we can decide what days work best for everyone in that group. I want to stress that not being on the Core Team does not preclude you raiding, it simply means that those people will always have invite priority and will be the first people to push into the next tier of content. It also is to put a balanced group together that can potentially get to mythic.
Currently recruiting for people that not only show up consistently, but pull their weight and are prepared for the fights that we are doing that night. We're looking for 640+ people. DPS should consistently pull 15k+, but mechanics and strategy > dps. Watch the fight videos.
