About Malice

Malice has been on Sargeras since the launch of the Burning Crusade expansion. We are a semi-casual guild that still aims to be progression oriented despite our casual raid atmosphere. Like every guild we have experienced our ups and downs but have remained active throughout the last four years. Accordingly, we have become one of the oldest guilds on the server. We came back to 25man raiding last august and aren't looking back. Our first week back to 25s in DS and we had 6/8h with a few puggers... In MoP, we lost a few players, so we are always looking for strong, consistant and reliable dps.

Our current plans have shifted from raiding 25man to going down to 10man for but plan on going back to 25man in the near future (5.2). We are very close to having a 25man roster, only a few more recruits and we should be there, so feel free to apply at any time.

Current Recruitment Needs

-A few DPS to complete 25man roster. Hunter

-Healers (resto Shaman pref but will consider any application)

-Any exceptional and reliable players

Loot System

Malice just changed to a EPGP loot system.
EP will be gained by any and all of the following conditions.. Boss kill EP will not be applied until after loot is distributed.

1. Promptness for raids. Raid invites should start at 6:45 server, if they are on time, at 7pm there will be a bonus EP to all those in the raid. ( it is up to you to be ready for your invite )
( 100 ep )

2. Time spent in the raid.. There will be bonus EP every 30m spent inside the raid.
( 50 ep )

3. Killing farm boss. We usually consider a boss on farm after its third kill.
( 100 ep )

4. Killing a progression boss. This counts for the first kill. It is up to the Raid leader if the next two bosses before farm status yield bonus EP.
( 300 ep )

5. Wipes on a progression boss. These need to be actual attempts, in which the boss reaches below 30% health, and only for the very initial kill.
( 50 ep per )

6. Wait list.. You can receive up to 80% of the raids EP for being on the wait list. You must whisper Khonsu with " waitlist add ".
You will need a minimum of 2000 EP before you are eligible to to receive loot. This should be between one to two weeks of raiding. You gain 750 ep for just being on time and raiding 3 days, without killing any bosses. 6 full raid days, while being on time and 5 farm bosses would get you to the required minimum EP. This however will be overlooked if no other raider needs the item.
