Who we are:
Invalid is recruiting for Cataclysm raiding! We are a semi-hardcore 10/25 man raiding guild that raids 3-4 nights per week, yet still maintain our stature of the Horde first on Sargeras. If you are looking for a friendly yet well organized and focused 25 man raid environment, Invalid may be the place for you! No guild drama, and our members/officers have years of experience competing for server firsts and a solid US ranking. *NOTE* Even if your class is not listed, we are always looking to add exceptional players of any class/spec who meet our criteria to the roster. If you feel you meet these criteria, feel free to submit an application.
What we require of you:
We raid Tuesday-Thursday from 6:30pm-11:00pm CST (our server time) and require minimum 80% attendance during the week for these raids. We also require ALL applicants to come to raids prepared with a knowledge of each fight, consumables, and flasks/potions for the progression fights. During progression weeks, we may extend our raid times to include Mondays, but this is typically our 10 man clean-up day. Aside from that, we desire: Focus, Dedication, Attitude, Knowledge and Skill.
What we offer you:
We offer you a fun, friendly environment with like minded individuals focused on downing the hardest content as soon as possible. In addition, we offer a fair raiding environment where dedication, focus and performance are rewarded before friendship and favoritism. Our loot system is that of public loot council, where each raider has the right to toss in who they believe should receive loot when it drops. Officers will only decide loot in the event where an agreement cannot be found or when offspec loot is on the table.
