“Transient” Guild

Transient is a hardcore guild on the Sargeras realm. We were a former top tier 10-man guild that came back together to achieve a similar type of progression on 20-man Mythics. We pride ourselves on being a guild that is able to have fun and more importantly, kill bosses.

About the Guild
Transient(formally Apophasis) broke onto the raiding scene in Tier 14, and managed to go from forming, to clearing Heroic Sha in little over a month’s time. With a top US ranking in mind, Transient excelled in Throne of Thunder, picking up a number of top 5 US kills, and finishing the tier US 2nd (US 5th Ra-Den).

After a hiatus during Siege of Orgrimmar, we reformed Transient and expanded its roster in preparation for Mythics. With less than a month of preparation before the launch of Warlords, we managed to obtain a US 34th ranking for Highmaul. Then during Blackrock Foundry amidst many other guilds shattering apart, we held strong and sought to improve, finishing US 29th. During HFC we achieved US rank 40 boss kills but due to unfortunate circumstances we lost some of our core raiders. With the release of Legion we have decided to rebrand as Transient and take a different approach to the guild and how we operate.

Moving forward, we plan to consistently improve each tier as we have from Mists of Pandaria through Warlords of Draenor, with a goal of having a solid finish in the US top 30 for tier 19. As well we plan on implementing changes to our guild infrastructure so that we are a stable long lasting guild which will enable us to persevere through any bumps in the road which can occur throughout an expansion.

About Us
Our players are some of the most competitive in North America, with many having experience in a number of top guilds. We are passionate about raiding competitively and will do whatever we can to improve at our respective roles and to help the guild become stronger.

We also pride ourselves on our fun but serious guild atmosphere, being able to joke with each other while maintaining a high-level of focus and execution.

For Interested Applicants:
In-depth knowledge of your respective class and spec, and the ability to perform well during every encounter is essential. We need you to be on time, prepared, and ready to raid to the best of your ability every night. Being prepared includes having all raid consumables which include current expansion flask, potions, food, gems, and enchants.

All raiders are required to maintain one raid-ready alt come Nighthold, which includes knowing how to play them at a moderately high level. The main purpose of alts is for week 1-2 heroic splits to feed gear to mains, but it's very likely certain alts will be needed to be brought in mythic progression to have a better raid comp. We don't expect everyone to be experts on multiple classes but being able to play alts effectively is important.

The trial process will take place over a time period up to four weeks. We will keep you up to date on how well you are doing and which areas we would like to see improvements made in.
