About Eternal:
We are a four and a half year old alliance guild on the Scarlet Crusade server, a medium-pop RP server.
Eternal was 5/6 Sunwell pre-3.0 and the only guild on our server to kill M'uru before nerfs. Since WotLK release we have had server first kills of nearly all encounters. We farmed 10 and 25 man 3 drake Sarth and got every active raider a 310% speed mount.
Our Yogg-Saron normal kill was top 100 US. We have completed Heroic: Glory of the Ulduar Raider, downed Algalon and completed Alone in the Darkness!
Also completed Tribute to Mad Skill on 25 ToGC and Tribute to Insanity on 10 ToGC!
We prefer quality over quantity. This involves not only evaluating skill and motivation, but also the potential to mesh with the other personalities in our guild to maintain our tight-knit camaraderie.
We attribute high retention to providing an atmosphere where our members look upon each other as friends rather than a means to better loot. Our guild hosts a diversity of ages, averaging in the mid-20s, and we take pride in the maturity that our members keep (usually).
We understand that no one has an unlimited amount of playtime and as your leaders we are always responsible in using that time; of course, we expect the same in return.
Schedule:
Monday: 8:00 - 12:00 CST
Tuesday: 8:00 - 12:00 CST
Wednesday: 8:00 - 12:00 CST
Thursday: 8:00 - 12:00 CST
Weekends are always active with 10 mans and PvP groups.
Expectations:
-Gear level should be competitive, but more importantly take pride in your gear with the best enchants/gems.
-Come prepared to every raid with full consumables and use them.
-Know your class inside-out, and showcase that knowledge via performance.
-You should not apply with a character you do not foresee yourself interested in for the long-run.
-Go above and beyond. Perform in situations where others are counting on you to do your job and maintain a can-do attitude in the face of criticism and wipes.
-Study, understand and analyze boss encounters. We seek players who quickly grasp the bigger picture of an encounter rather than just memorize the necessary steps to succeed.
-You must run Ventrilo during raids, and you should have a mic that you’re ready to use! We like vocal members who actively contribute both during and after raids.
