“Ladies of Destiny” Guild

About Us:

We are a mature guild (*very* low turnover rate) on Scarlet Crusade, an RPPVE server whose RP has long since passed its prime and is now focused mainly on PVE content. We have been in existence since the first day of this server (6+ years), and have evolved to be a strong raiding guild. Our leadership is stable, with the same guild leader and a crew of devoted officers that has stuck with the guild since its formation.

We raid a four days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday) leaving Friday and Saturday for 10mans, alt runs, or other Real-life-related personal pursuits. We sometimes push progression on Monday nights when we feel that we are really close to downing a new hard mode.

We have the top rated arena teams on the server (all 3 brackets) and often do preform pvp. We currently do plan to engage in rated battlegrounds as a guild in Cataclysm.

What we expect from applicants:

- We're looking for people who have a guild first mentality, yet has a strong personal desire for progression and improvement. A good attitude is essential for the applicant; spending 16+ hours a week with a bunch of skilled a-holes is not our idea of fun.

- We expect all applicants to be on top of class mechanics and be able to apply their knowledge and research to how they perform in raids.

- LoD raiders are required to make at bare minimum 75% of all raids.

- Players who can do top notch dps and healing while maintaining survivability is NEEDED. If you feel you cannot do this consistently, you may not be what we're looking for.

- Extended raid experience is a huge plus (WotLK especially). In addition, current tier 11 hard mode experience is ideal, but not necessarily required.

- You must be gemmed/enchanted to the best that you can be. Please make sure to explain deficiencies if there are any (we know that maelstrom crystals suck right now).

- Ranked WoL parses are also a huge plus.
