“Heal The Mages” Guild

<Heal The Mages> is a laid back Casual/Semi Hardcore raiding guild. We Raid Tuedsday/Thursday/Monday. Raid invites starts at 7:45pm and first pull is at 8pm(EDT). We are a group of friends that got together because we want to get things done, see content, and progress. We are currently 12/12 in terms of progression.

Goals
Heal The Mages goal is to get 25 man core groups together. We would like to be at the top of progression for every new raid that comes out, and with competent raiders, we see that happening. We also want to excel in other aspects of the game, not only in PvE. With the monotonous feel raids tend to give, it's important the guilds offer much more than 12 hours of raids a week.

Expectations
We are a Casual/Semi-hardcore raiding guild, which means if you want to join as a raider, understand what your joining. Raiding is a commitment and not something you can come and leave at anytime. We expect at least 90% attendance. Those 10% that aren't here must tell the Officers ahead of time. We also believe raiders should do their homework on bosses, this is because we want to use our time effectively, and do not want to have to explain boss fights every encounter. You are obviously required to come prepared with flasks, buff food, correct gems/itemization and enchants.

Social Aspect
We are looking for players with tough skin. This is a family type guild, we don't want any drama. We also socialize a lot on Vent. Being on Vent is a very essential thing in our guild. The majority of whom that don't choose to use vent in our guild, don't really get to know our players. We would like you to think of this guild as a extended family.

What can you expect from us?
Currently a level 20 guild, we are well organized in our game plan for raiding. We'll help guildies with heroics in the off-raid time. We typically are always running them anyways for our daily's. Understand that just because you get into a raid with us, doesn't mean that you are guaranteed loot . . as that is with many guilds and new recruits. You must show you have what it takes to take us to the top. If you have it, you will certainly start to see the loot come your way, and become one of the true members of <Heal The Mages>.
