RECRUITMENT:
We are currently in need of an EXCEPTIONAL hunter or elemental shaman w/ resto OS. We are a fair guild that runs an extremely tight knit group that expects the most out of our raiders. We come to the raid expecting to have fun, but progress at the same time.
EXPECTATIONS:
1) You come to the raid prepared. (flasks, food, repaired, pots, and anything else you will need)
2) Attendance is one of the most items. Since we are only run 10 man we need everyone present at least 15 min before the raid starts to make sure that you are prepared and ready for the pull when that comes.
3) We expect you to be exceptional. As the rest of the guild is exceptional, we expect you to be the same. But at the same time we don't want you to be hardcore and rage every time we don't kill a boss. Meters do matter. We all strive to top the charts and once again we expect you to do the same.
4) Intelligence. Are you competent enough to move out of the way of fire? Can you not get hit by blade rush from warmaster? We expect you to be smart enough to move out of anything that can harm you.
Basically in a nut shell, we, as a guild are looking for the best possible players to fill our raid spots.
