We do not tolerate bad attitudes and loot drama. We raid to have fun, enjoy the content, and be rewarded for our efforts; not to waste time arguing or playing psychiatrist. Blacklist wants to maintain a friendly, mature, and respectful atmosphere. We do not tolerate our members starting drama in trade chat or in the public forums and we especially don't tolerate members being disrespectful towards each other.
*Raid Times*
Monday- Thursday 6pm-9pm server
If you cannot make these raid times 90% of the time, you need not apply.
What we want from you
*Be reliable. We need people to consistently show up for raids (on time) if we are going to get anything done. Being great at what you do means nothing if you aren't there so please no constant schedule conflicts, early bedtimes, pissy significant others, angry parents, or internet problems.
*You need to at least be intelligent enough to identify problems, learn quickly, and execute correctly. It’s great to be a good listener also
*While topping the meters is great, we need people who put the needs of the raid ahead of tunnel visioning out to produce the highest possible number.
*We want people who are motivated about new content and do not need their hand held. This includes theory crafting, watching videos and reading strats for boss fights, and regularly checking the guild forums for new information.
*We expect you to have gear that at least somewhat matches up to your raid experience and skills.
*Be mature and rational. Our members are able to receive constructive criticism without taking it personally. Know that making, pointing out, and correcting mistakes are all a part of learning. Similarly you should be able to take a joke without getting offended easily.
