“Bros Without Banners” Guild

Bros Without Banners (US-Shattered Hand) is a Mythic progression guild recruiting seasoned players to round out a roster based around a core group of friends with extensive high-level raiding experience, including a 7/7M Highmaul raid leader.
We are looking for skilled players to move through Mythic Blackrock Foundry.

Raid Times:

Wednesday: 10:00pm - 12:00am PST
Thursday: 10:00pm – 12:00am PST
Sunday: 4:30pm – 8:30pm PST

Expectations:

Raiders should know their class inside and out, and be constantly looking for ways to improve their performance. This means not just figuring out how to top meters, but maximizing the raid’s success by determining the optimal way to perform fight mechanics.
Raiders should be able to take instructions and constructive criticism without complaint. We have fun raiding, but bad attitudes, arguing over loot, etc. during raids will not be tolerated.
We expect 90% raid attendance. If you cannot make a raid, you must make a post on the forums beforehand.
All raiders should be prepared with the best food buff available, flasks, pots, gems, enchants, etc.

Loot:
Loot is allocated via a loot council. The officers will consider attendance, attitude, performance, and the benefit to the raid.
