We were established on the release date of WoW on the Shattered
Hand Server (PVP US East) and our core raiders have been together
throughout TBC and WOLTK with low turnover.
At the end of TBC, we recorded the 18th US Kill on Kil'Jaeden (38th Worldwide) and in Wrath we have been leading the way for the server as we have throughout the years. We are the first guild on the server to open 25 Algalon and have completed Heroic: Glory of the Ulduar Raider.
We strive to keep our raider base small, but would like to have a bit more flexibility redundancy in the case exceptional stacking is beneficial, or some people miss raids. Currently we have around 28 regular raiders, which means nearly everyone is automatically in every raid.
We are looking for individuals that are prepared for every raid and can think for themselves in a raid situation without hesitation. Maximum performance is definitely necessary, but we aren't interested in people who tunnel vision their Recount or raid frames. We want players who can adapt quickly and effectively against raid encounters while maximizing their output. You should also be receptive to criticism and have a positive attitude. Most of us like to have fun, but know when to get serious when it counts.
In all cases, you are expected to know the ins and outs of your class, and keep up to date on all of the changes and proposed changes that your class sees on PTR's and the like.
You should enjoy the game as a whole, and plan to continue playing for some time to come. We are not interested in a hired gun who logs on to raid, logs off afterwards. Most of us enjoy playing our ALTs and we do organize ALT25s and 10s during our off times. Many of our members do enjoy the PVP side of the game as well so finding others in guild for either BGs or Arena would be fairly easy.
