Gamers with Jobs are a casual, progression-based guild that are
currently looking to fill a few spots for your Raid 1 and 2 teams
with talented, friendly, and enthusiastic raiders. Currently we hit
a bump in the road due to raider's personal issues and are trying
to patch up the wounds. We look for the better of the guild, for
the raid. Yes we might not be on heroic progression or where we
should be as a progression raid right now but we are their for our
raiders and guildies cause we treat them like family.
Raid Schedule:
Raid Team 1: Fri/Mon from 20:00-23:30 EST (server)
Raid Team 2: Sat/Sun from 20:30-00:00 EST (server)
Ideal Raiders are:
-willing to go the extra mile to researching boss encounters by reading the dungeon journal, watching videos of encounters, and talking to guildies about the fights.
-able to keep up to date with class changes.
-online, pumped and ready to get shit done on raid day.
-open to constructive criticism whether it is about team effort, class stat priority, rotation, etc.
-there to give their 110%. Focused and willing to communicate with the raid team during the fights.
-have a decent ilvl and be able to pull the recommended DPS,HPS, or survive the encounter (via tank).
That being said, we are an awesome group of guildies that are looking for raiders with the mind-set of having fun and getting shit done. You pay $15/month for this game, we are not going to tell you how to play this game. We are here to have fun, blow off some steam after a long day at work/school/etc. Feel free to join the guild whether or not you want to raid with us.
