<Paradise> is a progression oriented 10man raiding guild on
US-Skullcrusher Horde. Though the atmosphere of our raids is laid
back, we are not in the business of carrying people. Everyone is
held accountable for their performance and expected to pull their
own weight consistently as we progress through content.
Raid Times:
Thursday/Sunday/Mon 9pm-1am EST.
We are currently recruiting:
All exceptional candidates will be considered.
What we expect from you:
-First and foremost, you must be exceptional at playing your class.
-Play with a healthy respect for your team mates. Though we enjoy banter bordering on the mischievous, it is all in good fun and never insulting.
-You must be able to make 90%+ of our scheduled raid days, as well as give notice at least a few days in advance of missed time, barring an emergency.
-You have to have fun raiding. Progression isn't always easy and, at times, if can become tedious, but its important to keep a positive attitude.
What you can expect from us:
-We will assign raid spots to players based on performance, without bias towards anyone. Best players play.
-We use a loot council where officers vote for whom they think the item should go to. The criteria considered are the scale of the upgrade, the benefit the upgrade lends to the raid, attendance and the overall quality of play of the potential recipients.
