“Polarity” WoW Guild

Who are we and what we do
Polarity is a guild for people who have school or day jobs and don't want to commit to raiding 7 days a week. Our raid times are a lot more relaxed than a traditional hardcore guild, but we expect everyone to put in 110% on our 3 raid days. If your goal is to down Algalon, can't make the raid times of a hardcore guild, and think you have what it takes to do it in 3 days a week... then Polarity is for you.

We currently have cleared all of Heroic Ulduar on normal mode.
We are currently 2/2 for ToC.

Ulduar Hard modes we have done:
Heroic: I Could Say That This Cache Was Rare
Heroic: Lose Your Illusion
Heroic: I Choose You, Steelbreaker
Heroic: Orbituary
Heroic: Heartbreaker
Heroic: Stokin' the Furnace.

We raid Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00PM PST to 12:00AM PST.

We use EPGP as our loot system.

Our short and long term goals
We are working on Vezax-hard in the short term.
Our long term goals will be to get to Algalon and work on ToC

What we expect from you
We expect our Roster to have a 100% attendance on raid days unless given prior notice of absence. We expect applicants to:

1. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of their class and ability to raid effectively.
2. Listen and follow directions without making repeated stupid mistakes.
3. A total disregard for epeening, meter whoring, and loot whoring.
4. Show determination and motivation to challenge hard mode content.
5. Dedicate 100% of their attention during our 3 short raid days.
6. Have a stable internet connection and a capable gaming computer.

Who we need right now
We are currently looking to expand our roster. We are looking for exceptional players to impress us. Many of the classes listed below will be guaranteed raid spots. If you feel you are up to the challenge, we are currently actively looking for the classes below: (bolded = priority)

Hunter
Moonkin Druid
Elemental Shaman
Holy Paladin
Mage
Shadow Priest
Protection Warrior

We will also consider exceptional applicants of ANY class.
