<Axiom> is a newly formed semi-hardcore progression guild
looking to boost our roster in Legion. We are a close knit group of
people who decided we wanted to carve our own path into Legion. We
have many talented players who often rank high on a variety of
fights on Warcraft logs.
Our raid times are Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 9-12pm EST.
We will be using a loot council system. The loot will be handed out based off of the following
-Performance
-Attendace
-Overall upgrade of the item
We aim to be fair in our loot distribution and there will be no favoritism
Our Expectations:
1) Applicants should know their role. We do not want to have to teach you how to play this class because you are an LFR Hero. Know what to do and have insightful input into the learning process.
2) Applicants should be up to date on the current theorycrafting, and are aware of any ways to better their game play on a fight to fight basis, depending on their role.
3) Applicants must be reliable. No post no show without an EXTREMELY good reason will be grounds for removal. If you can’t really make the raid times and dates please find something that more closely fits your schedule.
4) Applicants can follow directions and have a good grasp on all raid mechanics. Research videos on progression and know what your role is and how to best accomplish it. When everyone has good insight into the boss mechanics, even before the first attempt, it really helps us push progression and not waste time on simple mechanics.
5) Applicants must come prepared to raid. This means coming to raid with the correct gems/enchants, food, flasks and potions for the night.
