“Exodus” Guild

<Exodus> is a newly transferred raiding guild on Stormrage.  We were once known as <Tranquility> on The Venture Co/Maelstrom/Lightninghoof Connected Realm.  Due to the extremely low population size and unable to get people to come to a low population server, the officer core and a handful of the core raiders decided to pack our bags and find a new home.  Prior to departing our old server our core group was 4/7M HM and 2/10M BRF.

The officer core has been together since 2011 and right now we are looking for a few more raiders to complete our roster once again for eventual Mythic Raiding in Hellfire Citadel.

Progression after transfer:

13/13N HFC, 11/13H HFC
10/10H BRF

Raid Times:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9PM-12AM EST

Healers:
One Healer with a DPS off spec. Below classes preferred
Holy Priest
Mistweaver
Holy Paladin

DPS:
Hunter - HIGH NEED
Warrior
Warlock
Boomkin
Enhancement Shaman
Elemental Shaman

However, any exceptional players of any class/spec will ALWAYS be considered.

Loot:
All loot is distributed by loot council consisting of two officer and one of our raiders. Attendance, performance and what is best for the raid as a whole are all taken into consideration. Loot Priority is pretty typical: Raiders MS > Raider OS (for people that often switch based on fight) > Trial > OS that are not used for raids

What we are looking for in our raiders:
• Takes the time to be prepared for raids. (fully gemmed, enchanted, researched the fights, etc.)
• Reliable and dependable. (Good raid attendance - we are looking for around 75% attendance) – We know people have real life stuff to deal with sometimes, so we just ask that prior notification is provided!
• Have a good understanding of how their class works and be up to date with any changes to their class.
• Willingness to learn and better yourself as a raider.
• Have Mumble and a working mic.
• At least 695ilvl and at least at the 715 phase of the Legendary Ring - however, we definitely will make exceptions on a case by case basis!
