About Us:

Efficiency when Raiding
Many people in the guild are very skilled in the class that they play and are able to do what is required when needed.

Flexible Strategies
If something does not work for an extended time we are willing to change. Being self-critical is not hard and is extremely important. (If you have an idea please speak up)

Social Guild
There are many friendships in the guild and many people are social and very helpful if you need an extra person do farm M+, etc. It is encouraged that you don't be shy and are willing to communicate and be social.

Benchings
We do take raiding seriously, and there can be times when people get angry if you do not perform. However, it is important to not focus on the negative and instead state what needs to be worked on or improved. If you consistently under perform for a specific boss you will be sat ( If you expect us to be on our "A" game we expect you to do be on your "A" game aswell).

Raider Expectations:

Gear
At all times you must be properly geared (gems and enchants required; we have people in the guild that can help make gems and enchants if needed)

Attendance
90% attendance is required from all raiders and 100% during your trial period. We understand real life can get in the way, all we ask is you let an officer know ahead of time either in game or on Discord.

Encounters
Look up fights BEFORE raid and have some knowledge of what your are doing in the fight. For example; good placement, minimal damage taken, etc. are good indicators of who knows whats going on.

Class Knowledge
It is required that you have extensive knowledge of your class and main spec as expected! (Possibility of playing other off specs is a bonus aswell!)

Aptitude in Game
It is important to have the ability to follow directions and take criticism. For example, If you are told to; stack, interrupt, or stun be sure to do what is required. If a certain ability is required like a DK's death grip be sure to use the ability when needed/called for. It is not hard to check what abilities have been used and when so we know what you are doing.
