ABOUT US:
Trance is a 10 man guild that recently formed on Stormrage (US) with the intentions and capability to be a hardcore raiding guild. Trance’s leadership comes from World of Warcraft originally, but left at the launch of SWTOR. After eventually ending up in the World First guild in the game, Trance’s leadership returned to WoW to create a new guild with the focus of world-wide progression.

OUR PLAYERBASE:
We are a group of highly skilled and experienced players with backgrounds in some of the best WoW guilds and non-WoW guilds in the US. Some of our members have top 100 US experience in multiple tiers in WoW, and World First experience in SWTOR. All of our members are driven and dedicated to succeeding in PvE Content.

Our players take min/maxing to new heights by equipping the best possible spec, gear, etc. available to us. We work outside of raid on our gear upgrades no matter how small they may be. When not raiding, we are normally hanging out on voice chat, PVPing, and/or leveling alts. Many of us are currently playing D3, LoL, SWTOR, and other games together. We are a goofy bunch that will be messing around on farm bosses, but once working on a goal we are serious about achieving it. We consider ourselves hard core with a set schedule.

RAIDING INFO:

Group 1:

• Tues-Thurs+Sun 7PM-11AM EST

We are a hardcore raiding guild come progression time. This means we raid four nights a week when there is new content to work on, including raids available on the Public Test Realm. On occasion we ask our raiders to stay an extra hour or to come on an extra day to kill something that we're very close to defeating.

LOOT RULES:
Loot goes to where it will most benefit the raid during progression. That decision is made by the leadership, based on criteria such as attendance, skill, dedication, past experiences, and the guild leader’s discretion.

Raiders must maintain an 80% attendance and recruits must maintain a 100% attendance during their trial period. Our attendance rules are based off a 30 day cycle. This means raiders are allotted three absences per month. We feel as though this is very lenient. If a raider cannot meet the minimum attendance requirements, he or she will not be eligible for loot until they can raise their attendance.

REQUIREMENTS:
• You must be available for and show up to 80% of our raids. We’re a small operation, and plan on staying that way. It makes things quick and easy for everyone. We rely on our members to be there to raid. One person missing can make us have to reschedule, which sometimes isn't possible. Attendance is crucial.
• Good attitudes, you must want to raid for the experience rather than to just gear your character.
• Excellent raid awareness - if you get yelled at a lot for standing in fire, we don't want you.
• Be able to handle criticism, if you mess up and are called out on it - take it and move on.
• Be able to maintain your character and work on upgrades outside of raid time. This means having gold for repairs, pots, flasks, and be willing to take the time to do what it takes to be raid ready.
• Mumble with a mic - it is necessary for certain things to be called out so you must have a mic available for use.
• No crybabies - I'm not your mother. If someone didn't pass you the loot you wanted, go cry to someone else.
