Personality and team fit > meter padding - We expect a certain level of performance, but we recruit the person not the toon.

- We are strong believers in "play what you love" - so if you love playing the "flavor of the patch" to score big numbers go for it, or if you love to play a Fire Mage (no matter what!) that works for us too. As long as your performance is appropriate we don't micromanage your spec/talents etc.


Requirements:

-Must have Discord and a working mic
-Needs to have knowledge of his/her class and willing to accept helpful criticism
-Research upcoming fights
-If you are lacking in HPS/DPS, compare yourself to others so that you can improve
-Be on time and ready for raid events
-Adult guild so must be 21+ years of age
