“Decepticons” Guild

If you wish to join us, it is first important you know a little bit about us.

<Decepticons> on Stormreaver-US is a casual end game raiding Horde guild that was founded by a few friends back in the days of Vanilla WoW. The guild was brought under new leadership just before WotLK released, although the founding members are still in the guild and a few of them are still very active.

The ideal candidate for a raid spot is competitive by nature, experienced with the end-game content, mature, able to follow directions, willing and able to learn and can take constructive criticism and learn from it. The ability to attend 90%+ of scheduled raids is very important. Use of Ventrilo, microphone and a stable internet connection is mandatory.

Minimum Requirements:

-Able to raid on a CST(Server Timne) timetable – Sunday through Thursday, 8pm – 11pm.

-Excellent situational awareness

-Are dedicated, responsible, willing to learn

-Can take constructive criticism

-Have ventrilo and a working mic (mandatory)

-Are Mature (18 or older)

-All gear must have proper gems and enchants. Gear lvl must be on par with our current raiders and must have seen and/or know current progression bosses.


Currently the guild provides flasks, speed/wild magic pots, and enchant mats to regular raiders. Also we give raiders the chance to buy all orbs and primordial saronite with guild points or for free.

While we like to have fun and joke around, this is not the type of guild that tolerates random derogatory guild chat. Having respect for your fellow guildmates is important to us.

We expect players to stay involved and give one of the Officers some notice if they're unable to make a raid night. Twenty-four other people depend on you, so posting on the forums, dropping us a text message, email, or anything to let us know you will be unable to make it, helps us plan for your absence.

Be on time, do everything you can to help the raid, and stay engaged in the conversation. Overall, just have fun with it!

The loot system is EPGP. Feel free to google it if you want detailed information. Basically its a DKP system with a twist, decaying points, and a few tweaks. We use the system as a guide but its not the end-all voice on loot. We still hand out loot in a way that will most help the raid as a whole.
