While we are labeled as a "Semi-Hardcore" guild, this is only
because we do not make strict demands upon our raiders for
attendance and performance. It would be best to say that we are
looking for dedicated raiders who will:
*Show up to raid at least 2 of our raid nights
*Show up on time and prepared (flasks, pots, enchantments etc etc)
*Employ the ability to learn and adapt to content through progression
*Communicate effectively
*Kill pixel monsters with fervor
So, to sum up, while we don't strictly require much of our guildies, ideally we want team players who will show up, perform to the best of their ability, and execute fights... thus clearing content (progression)!!
