“Unreasonable” WoW Guild

Recruitment is currently open. We are looking for a ranged dps in the form of Warlock/Hunter/Shadow priest. You are still encouraged to apply even if your class is not listed, as we are always on the lookout for exceptional players.

Unreasonable is newly formed in WOTLK to fill the vacuum of an Alliance progression guild. Our goal is to clear as much content as we can while keeping the game fun. We do not endlessly raid 6 hours a day/7 days a week, yet nor do we dabble at instances for 5 hours and call it quits. As of this posting, we are the top Alliance guild on Suramar, and arguably top overall.

We raid up to five nights a week: Monday to Thursday from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, and Sunday from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Since Ulduar has been recently released, we've been utilizing all the available planned raid time, which is somewhat less than 20 hours a week, less than half that of most other hardcore guilds. If you can't make 80%+ of our raids outside of holidays, don't bother applying, we won't need you.

We require a full understanding and complete knowledge of your class. We ask you to research your spec, plan out your gear, watch kill videos, and read strategies on your own time. In other words, when you join a raid we will be able to pick up and start immediately without any further explanation, and you will be able to play competitively with our members - as much as your gear and class allows - on meters and such from the get-go and clearly indicate your loot preference as fast as possible. We do not need to explain which spec you will be best for whichever purpose - it is assumed that you will have this knowledge and function appropriately.

Our gear requirements are only that you show you've done as much as you could have within your power to acquire the best possible gear that you could. Although, with how easy it is to obtain gear in Wotlk, it will be very difficult to convince us to even trial you without full ulduar/toc emblem gear at least.

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, you need to be a good social fit. We play this game to have fun, and do not need it ruined with obnoxious behavior. We have our shares of dicks, jackasses, and emos. We don't need to add to it.
