“Phase One” Guild

<Phase One> was formed in December of 2009 by a core of raiders who, through the frustrations of being in stagnant 25man guilds, decided the best way to enjoy the game was in a smaller setting with friends and a close group of similar minded players. However, after the a rather overwhelming response of excellent apps, we find ourselves just a few short for 25mans.

Goals:
Like all new guilds, Phase One has a set of goals which we are currently striving to achieve. Now that we have 2 reasonably strong groups running each week, we are looking to bring in a few more excellent players for 25mans.

Although we are recruiting for 25mans, we are much more interested in recruiting the right people. We are looking for the complete package from every single one of our core raiders. Excellent players with great attitudes who we genuinely enjoy being around. In Phase One we strongly believe that quality is far superior to quantity. We will never recruit for the sake of filling out the roster in a rush to 25mans.

Raid Times:
Currently Phase One raids 3 days a week from 6-9pm ST. As we have now begun 25mans, we're raiding on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Off-nights are times to relax and no members are expected to be on at all. However, if there happen to be people on and willing to run we do encourage it. Please realise that on off-nights we will never raid the current content (ICC) unless all of our raid days have already passed for the week and we happen to have the right people on. Most off-nights will consist of alt runs or "fun" runs through Ony, Vault, ToC/GC or Ulduar hard modes for drakes.

Expectations:
Naturally, all members of Phase One will have certain expectations. For both raiders and recruits the main expectations will be based on performance, attitude, attendance and participation.
As a new recruit and eventually a raider this means:

* We expect all recruits and raiders to be competitive with one another during raids.
* You are expected to be courteous and respectful towards your fellow members and have a generally positive attitude. This also goes for your attitude outside of the guild while wearing the <Phase One> guild tag.
* All raiders and recruits are expected to keep a high level of attendance and give advanced warning on the forums if they are unable to make a progression night. Of course if real life suddenly happens we will completely understand.
* All members are expected to be positive and enthusiastic in-game and active on the forums.

Current Recruitment:
High Priority:

* One to Two strong healers. Preferably with DPS off-specs. (Priests would have to be exceptional.)
* Hunter. Should be able to pull 7k+ in a 25man environment.
* Rogue. Should be able to pull 7k+ in a 25man environment.
* Mage. Should be able to pull 7k+ in a 25man environment.
* Balance Druid or Ele Shaman. Should be able to pull 6.5k+ in a 25man environment.

Medium Priority:
* One excellent tank.
* Any DPS able to pull 7k+ in a 25man environment.

DPS requirements based on a relatively stationary fight.

Current Progress:

* All regular 10mans clear including Sarth+3.
* 10man Ulduar: Glory of the Ulduar Raider cleared with 8 drakes obtained so far. Algalon unlocked.
* 10man ToGC: Trial of the Grand Crusader cleared with A Tribute to Skill.
* 10man ICC: Currently 9/12 with Boned, I've Gone and Made a Mess, I'm on a Boat, The Orb Whisperer and Flu Shot Shortage.

*25man ICC: 4/12 after our first off-night semi-pug run.
