various positions for our raids.

Dedication and skill are required from all our raiders. All raiders are expected to spec appropriately, bring consumables to new content, and enchant gear. Attendance is essential for all raiders. It's understandable that certain situations occur, but missing multiple raids a week is absolutely unacceptable. New recruits will be expected to attend approximately 60% of all raids, or else they will be removed from the guild as seen necessary.
