“Introducing The Beatles” Guild

We are an active guild (900+ active members) I have been the original GM of the guild for the last 3 years since we started up. A little more about me, I raid on my actual main, my BDK, and have geared toons of most classes.

I wanted to create a guild where people help others, where they can be respected and come to learn more and build friendships that can last in and outside wow. So far, I've been able to recruit a good team that helps to do so.

Currently, anyone can join the guild. A lot of us cleared out mythic SoO this pac, however as a team we only made 6/14m before we decided to take a break.

I am personally recruiting a raid lead or leads at this time for WOD. My last 2 raid leads both had to game quit due to life's personal challenges and family priorities. Since then we called a break til WOD came out, even though many of us still continued to raid through mythic.

All I ask for a Raid lead:
-Someone knowledgeable about all classes to know what they bring to the table and how they can effect the team makeup.
-Someone willing to help put in extra time with players to help them excel with their class (ie maybe they are missing something in their rotation that could better them) and someone who wont just say, you're bad go away. I believe everyone deserves an honest chance to both try out (via normal[flex group] where it doesn't directly effect the team weekly run) and someone who can see a player shows honest potential to grow and get better
-Someone willing to take the lead and make the final calls as need over gear, rules, and when it time to raid and when its time to have fun.
-Someone willing to put in the time to research fights and help all roles understand their part from the get go.
-Be willing to dive head first into mythic WOD raiding when it drops.

All I ask for anyone who wants to join the raid team.
-Must be consistent, show up and if you cannot make it, let us know. When its time to raid, its time to raid.
-know when its time to put your purse down and do your job.
-willing to always grow and get better, take suggestions and be willing to be a team player and help to learn what others of your class do, and why they do what they do.
-rage quitters need not apply. rolls suck at times, we have a bad run with gear, it happens, its life, thats the way the game goes sometimes. Learn to understand that, and brush off stuff like that.
-drama free!
-Willing to watch videos on the fights before we get there, or read up on them, so you understand your part.


As mentioned we also take all casual players and would love to have an RBG team start up in guild.
