The Penitent is looking for a few more members to help prepare our roster for raiding Icecrown Citadel.
We raid Thursday, Friday, Sunday from 7:30pm EST to 11:30pm EST and play on the Thrall server.

We do have an age requirement of 18+ only!

We are looking for solid, rocking DPS, capable of consistently putting out 6k DPS or more. Currently we are most interested in recruiting the following, though EXCEPTIONAL applicants of other classes are always welcome:

Hunter
DPS DK
Elemental Shaman
Retribution Paladin
Balance Druid

TLDR Version: 4/5 HTOC, 18+ only, Loot Council, 3 nights a week

We are currently 4/5 in Heroic Trial of the Crusader, clearing regular TOC25, Ony25, and VOA25 during the course of the raid week. At this time we are not spending any significant amount of time or effort in Ulduar.

We are looking for raiders who have the gear, ability, knowledge, mentality and personality to make solid contributions to raid performance, strategy development and social atmosphere of our guild. We are happy to discuss the finer details, nuances and preferences of fine-tuning your character for specific encounters and compositions, but would rather not have to teach you how to play.

Please be able to maintain 80% attendance over a 4 week period, as that helps us keep our overall headcount (and the number of people we have to bench) down, but we have lives and know you do too, and that sometimes pesky RL gets in the way of raiding. Give us notice, we won't give you flack for missing a raid because of finals/your dog exploded/work is nuts. We aren't into big egos, massive amounts of trash talking, or feeding drama llamas. We take the time to learn from our mistakes, and should you choose to apply, hope you won't be one. ;-)

The Penitent has been a stable feature of Thrall server since October 2006, and The Penitent has a healthy roster of talented and geared alts, and can frequently be found running content of all levels on our other characters outside of raid times, including Arena teams, Classic Raids, WOTLK raids from 10 man Naxx to TOC25.
