Greetings,

We are currently recruiting the above listed classes. Our highest priority with immediate raid spots available are for a fire mage, balance druid, feral druid and an enhancement shaman--another hunter wouldn't be bad either. However, our recruitment is open for every class and spec. We are always looking for good players regardless of class to strengthen our roster.

We raid (All times are Thrall Server times, which is EST):

Tuesday starting @ 7:30 PM until 11 PM
Wednesday @ 7:30 PM until 11 PM
Thursday @ 7:30 PM until 11 PM


Our raid spots are competetive.

We are currently 11 / 12 25-man (We have Omnitron, Chimaeron and Nefarian in 25 man & we have Al'Akir in 10-man, but wowprogress sucks at tracking encounters these days and hasn't given us credit).


Applicant Expectations

1. Awareness - We expect all members to have perfect awareness of their surroundings. If you get tunnel vision or are chiefly interested in being #1 on recount and subsequently find yourself standing in fire, we don't want you.

2. Consistency - We expect all members to enter new and old encounters alike and be able to maximize their output. We don't want players who are overwhelmed by encounter specific mechanics that they can't do their job or are unreliable from encounter to encounter.

3. Criticism - We expect all members to take and give criticism with dignity. It's rare to find someone who handles every encounter with perfection, and in our environment we will point out your mistakes and replace you if necessary if you just can't figure things out. If you can't accept criticism, we don't want you.

4. Attitude - We expect all members to come into the raid each night with the right attitude. That means potentially wiping for 3 hours on one encounter. If you aren't willing to learn, and are only interested in maximizing the amount of loot you get, we don't want you.

5. Knowledge - We expect all members to have a deep understanding of their class and spec. We don't want players who need to be reminded they have certain abilities that would help make the encounter successful.

6. Commitment - We expect all members to be committed to raiding. This means signing up for raids or telling us you will not be available.

How we do Loot

Loot is awarded via round robin priority system based on a raider level rank (i.e. dark raider, raider, member, initiate). The highest rank always his priority on main spec items and it trickles down. If you need an explanation of how or why we do it this way, we love to tell you how drama free and awesome our loot distribution system is--contact Rude or Ixxel in game.
