“Fused” WoW Guild

<Fused> is an end game PVE raiding guild on the Thunderlord realm. Our guild was created from a full guild merger of long-standing guilds <Faded Out> and <Pro Baddies> and originated on Mal'Ganis but transferred due to poor server stability. We are a fairly social guild that always has members online.

During WOTLK,<Fused> held a world rank of 249, US rank of 69, and realm 1st. Some of our achievements include realm first kills for Heroic Lich King and Heroic Ruby Sanctum in both 10 and 25 player modes. We also hold realm firsts for "Glory of the Icecrown Raider(10 and 25)", the completion of Shadowmourne, Level 25 Guild, and several Heroic kills in current content.

Currently, We have downsized to one serious 10 man progression group. This group has been playing together for years and is almost fully comprised of members that obtained our WOTLK rankings.

What are we looking for in an applicant?

Skill:
You have high situational awareness while being able to perform your job. You very rarely make mistakes and do not take unnecessary damage from environmental effects that result in your death or the death of another raider. You adapt to situations quickly and correct any errors immediately. You perform to the benchmarks set by Blizzard for your class.

Effort:
You read and watch videos pertaining to encounters the guild will be attempting. You frequently visit information sites such as the Elitist Jerks forums to obtain the newest data on your class. You theory craft and practice spell rotations to maximize your performance.

Gear:
You always have the best gems, enchants, and reforging. While gear is not everything, it is still very important.In your spare time, you participate in activities to acquire gear upgrades that is not obtained in the main raid(heroics, crafting,reputation, etc).

Reliability:
You have excellent raid attendance and you are always on time. <Fused> feels that exceptional attendance is a key factor in completing content. Absences and tardiness can only be a rarity. You are required to post on the forums prior to an absence or contact a representative from your raid team.

Personality:
You enjoy raiding and want to do your best. You can take criticism and always want to improve. You are determined and love the feeling of completing something new. You want to have fun while accomplishing things as a team. You respect other players and are able to take a joke.

Flexibility:
You have an off spec or alts and know how to use them. You are willing to keep up with the gear and the theory crafting to be able to help out your team in different situations.

What else should I know about <Fused>?

Our raid times are typically Monday-Thursday 7pm-11pm server(CST). These times occasionally are adjusted to accommodate our member's obligations.

While doing 10 man content we don't feel the need to enforce a strict loot system. Raiders are expected to be considerate of what is best for the guild. We reserve the right to direct loot the way that will benefit the group most at any time.

Applicants accepted into the guild will be put at a "recruit" rank. The trial period for recruits last a minimum of 30 days. After the 30 days, our members will evaluate your performance, attendance, and attitude to decide if you will be promoted into a raiding rank. If the group finds that you are not an ideal member, you will be removed at this time. Termination of an applicant's trial period can also occur at any time during the 30 days should the player prove to be undesirable.

Spend some time on your app. If it looks like it was written in 5 minutes, we probably won't bother looking at it. Failure to answer and provide all information for each section of the app will result in your app being instantly denied.
