“Mythic” Guild

Mission Statement:
We are a Semi-Casual Progression Guild intending to clear Mythic Raid Content.

Expectations:
All members are expected to treat everyone with respect and dignity. Toxic players will not be tolerated and will be removed from guild immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Raid Times*:
Tue/Wed/Thur 7:30pm - 10:30pm (Heroic Progression)
*All times are server (Pacific Standard Time)

Ranks:
Raid Leader - Ridik: “Voice of the Raid” Responsible for selecting the strategies we use in each encounter and explaining fights.

Progression: Must sign up a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Must attend 2 Progression Raids weekly to maintain position in progression content.Members are expected to maintain a stat priority gear set fit for progression content.

Raider: Looking to be in Progression but currently not able to meet the requirements.

Alt: Must list your main character’s name in public note.

Applicant: Desires to be Raider/Progression member. Must attend 2 raids within a lockout period to be eligible for promotion.

*Any character inactive for more than 30 days may be eligible for removal from guild.

Officer Ranks:
GM - Ridik: Plans guild raids, events, maintains and organizes the Guild’s daily necessities.

Recruitment - Shelblock / Myroledis: Responsible for recruiting new members for the guild/raid. Interacts within the player community. Is to communicate with officer in charge of the roster.

Raiding Requirements:

We expect our members to come fully prepared in order to make the best use of everyone’s time. It is disrespectful and unacceptable for one unprepared person to waste the efforts of 19+ other members.


Progression Content - 40+ traits in artifact weapon and 885+ ilvl. Performance based.
Req. Consumables: (3) flasks, (40) +375 food, (10) Defiled Augment Rune & (40) potions.
*Tome(s) of the Tranquil Mind if you respec often.

Content on “Farm”- 35+ traits and 875+ ilvl.
Req. Consumables: (3) flasks, (20) +375 food & (20) potions.
*Tome(s) of the Tranquil Mind if you respec often.

Raids will be conducted in a professional manner. The “Raid Leader” is the only voice to be speaking during an encounter, unless directed otherwise by the raid leader.

*If you wish to contribute a strategy you may discuss it with the Raid Leader at any point after the current raid has ended, unless called for by the Raid Leader.

Comms are to remain clear during an encounter - unless you are directed to make call outs by the “Raid Leader”

First offense: Verbal Warning
Second offense: Sever mute for the remainder of raid.
Third offense: You will be removed from the group.

Further action may be taken at the discretion of the Officers including removal from the guild.

Public Guild Note

Public guild notes are SOLELY to be used to state your Spec, iLvl and Artifact Level. If you are found changing someone else’s note or entering inappropriate material you will be removed from the guild immediately.
