We currently have an immediate opening for Healers
We are also looking for Hybrid DPS/Healing classes who are preferably ranged. Druid (Balance/Restoration), Shaman (Elemental/Restoration), Priest (Shadow/Holy). However if you are a monk that can heal and dps, we have an immediate opening for you as well.
Current Progression:
T14: 3/6hc MSV 6/6 HOF 4/4 Terrace Normal
T15: 12/12 Throne of Thunder Normal
Current Progression Target: Heroics starting this Friday 5/17/13
We are currently look to bolster both our raiding and nonraiding rosters. PVP, RP, Leveling, we're looking to grow
Who we are:
<FoE> is a progression minded raiding guild. Our 10 man raiding team goes 2 times a week. We focus on heroic mode progression in a mature environment.
We look for committed folks that are laid back, relaxed, real life > games attitude, and can keep the game in perspective while still playing it well. We are not a hardcore guild but do expect that each pull of a boss during progression shows improvement from the last pull. Most of us are closer to 30 than 20 (or older than that); many have kids, jobs, etc. We have folks from all walks of life and expect and maintain a respective and mature environment. We don't tolerate drama, and take care of business.
Raiding Times:
Progression Nights: Friday / Saturday 8:00pm-12:00am Server (Eastern)
Recruitment Needs:
As stated in the bolded area at the top of this post we currently have an immediate opening for a melee dps as well as some hybrid classes. Please refer to the bolded text above.
What we are looking for are players who are competent in their class, fast on their feet and able to ask and answer questions when something goes awry. Players that research their class and know optimal specs, rotations, gearing, carry food and flasks, and use pots to take advantage of everything they possibly can. We are looking for players who push themselves and their character to continual improvement.
Attendance:
Raiders are expected to be at raids they commit for. We use the guild calendar as a sign up. We do appreciate that real life happens and will work with you if your schedule changes.
All raiders are expected to have a >80% attendance rate.
Loot:
We do not use DKP or Loot Council. Loot is simply distributed by a roll system, more details in the applicant interview.
