“Reborn” Guild

Server: Turalyon (PvE)
Raid Hours: Tues/Wed 7:30-11:00 PM EST
Progression: 14/14 SoO
Past Tiers: Full Normal clears of MSV (4/6 H), HoF, ToES Pre nerf. 12/12 4/13H (10 Man) 12/12 (1/13 H) (25 Man)

We are currently seeking skilled, dedicated players who are willing to push SoO with us and rebuild our 25 man group. Reborn has always been a solid guild but we have had bad luck with people leaving due to quitting the game/gearing up then leaving to go to guilds with further progression. We are currently 10 man because we don't have the amount of people to fill up our 25 man and last tier we carried a ton of players who didn't know how to play their class or weren't good players and that held back our progression badly. The plan is to head back to 25 man but only if we can get players who put in the time and effort that most of us do to research fights, don't look to get carried and know how to play your class/spec and not have to be told what to be done. We had to help people out with their reforges/gemming/rotation and it was more work to be done then needed and very frustrating. As of what we need class wise and roles. We are wanting to put together a 2nd 10 man group together to have them learn the fights/compete with the Core group that has been running. Then after we feel like everyone is on the same page to merge into 25 and push hard like that. We currently have good players sitting around in our guild doing nothing waiting for this 25 man to happen so it would be great to get a 10 man up so they can start raiding and back into it.

We have a very good bunch of people who take raiding serious but at the same time can joke around and have fun while downing bosses week in and week out. Also right now we only raid Tues/Wed but have been talking about opening up a 3rd day, just gotta figure out what day would be perfect as a guild.
