“Shield of Valor” Guild

Shield of Valor is a friendly family guild offering something for everyone. Established in January of 2008, we started out as a group of friends who wanted to enjoy WoW on our own terms, and over the years created a family of players from countries all over the world.

Our ranks consisted mostly of adults, some couples, and some teens. We hold all members responsible for maintaining a polite and fun attitude to ensure an enjoyable gaming experience for all.

At this time, we have lost most of our core players, like life things change and people come and go. Cyndare the GM, is currently a mythic raider on the Illidan server, however she is attempting to rebuild the guild before the next expansion hits.

Raiding

Over the past two expansions we have evolved from a casual raid team to a semi-hardcore team. At the end of Legion, we lost several key members of our main raid team and have stopped raiding at this time.

Previously our raiding standards were as follows:

Raid times are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM server

We understand that this is a game and real life ALWAYS comes first. We do not ask raiders to treat raiding as a job but we do ask that you come prepared with:
- The appropriate gear level (reforged/gemmed/enchanted - visit Askmrrobot.com or use other gear resource)
- Basic understanding of fight mechanics from having watched the boss fight ahead of time (we recommend Fatboss Guide on youtube)
- Patience as you and others master the mechanics of each fight
