Congratz to Xerravin on his Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings! About time...
Farewell, Ulduar. Hello, Trial of the Grand Crusader!
Yogg down!
Congratz to everyone that was there for the kill, and to everyone that was a part of the progression... each night was a stepping stone to the one before.
Looking For:
Shaman:(1 ; Resto)
Druid:(1 ; Resto, Balance)
Mage:(1)
I believe that there are many players in the World of Warcraft that know how to play their class, enjoy playing their class, and want to better themselves at playing their class; however, I believe that many of these players are restricted by real life constraints, and for one reason or another and are forced into casual guilds. While these casual guilds do provide a home for the player to raid on a convenient schedule, said players are not able to find a fulfilling push through content that they may or may not be looking for.
Hybrid has been formed with the sole intent of seeking these players out. I have read of similar guilds on other severs: self-proclaimed 'Casual-Hardcore' Guilds. In our eyes, the casual part of our guild includes our lightened schedule (3 days a week), and our more lenient attendance policies. What casual does not mean (and thus justifying the "hardcore" side) is being lazy, coming to raids unprepared and with little to no knowledge of encounters, as well as showing any type of disregard for the progress of the guild in any way.
If you are a player who enjoys raiding, but is looking for something more progression focused, Hybrid may be the place for you. We raid three nights a week (Tue, Thurs, Sun as of now) from 6pm-9pm PST. Our core has been established of a tight knit group of players, who respect and trust one another, and have raided together in the Burning Crusade.
