Expectations
1) You show up to our raids with the best possible talent spec for your class/role. Your gear must have optimal enchants and gems.
2) You're on time to raids and ready to go with full consumables.
3) You maintain a 75% attendance rate at a minimum.
4) You research each encounter we're working on and the role your class needs to fill. We will NOT hold hands.
5) You keep up with current class mechanics and theorycrafting for your class.
6) You have a working mic and can use Ventrilo.

Introduction
Secrets is a Horde late-night raiding guild on the US PVE server Uldum (PST). We've slowly but surely become a raiding force on our server. Starting out, we struggled to field a 10m raid through Naxxramas while others on the server were starting 25m content. We fielded 14 players for our Sartharion kills. Before Naxxramas went away though, we had achieved every single 10m achievement for our drakes and every single 25m achievement except Immortal (we would've had it the next week had it not been for the patch) for our 25m drakes. Through Ulduar we hit the summer crunch but chugged away and got our Yogg+3 kill to make our long-time Holy Paladin Speedlight his Val'anyr. At the same time, we churned out the 10m achievements and earned our drakes this time around as well. Currently we are progressing through two 10m heroic groups in ToC until we finalize our roster for 25m Heroic ToC. We are seeking to add more members for progression for Heroic 25m ToC and into Icecrown Citadel. We are a semi-hardcore raiding guild but we are hardcore players.

We do not require previous raiding experience, though that is of course always a plus. Secrets is a guild that values attitude and personality over how good your gear is. We focus on the player, not the character.
