“Left is Relative” Guild

About Us
<Left is Relative> (est July 24, 2015) is a hardcore raiding guild on Uther (US). We are a newly formed Alliance guild aiming for US 50-100 in future tiers. We intend to be a competitive progression guild without an extensive time commitment by using a light 3 night schedule. Our goal is to develop a tight-knit core of experienced and professional players with similar ideologies to progress in current and future tiers.

Our players are knowledgeable about multiple classes and experienced in overcoming difficult obstacles as a team. We provide a friendly, down to earth raiding environment in which our players can learn and succeed. If you are interested in joining a hardcore raiding environment and can commit your time and effort to us, then we might be a good fit for you. We do not give much consideration to your current gear, and to some extent your raiding experience. We do however care about how well you play your class, your knowledge about the game, and your dedication to raiding.

We keep a fully stocked guild bank with consumables necessary for a progression raider. Our raiders must maintain 95% attendance at all times. Progression raiding on a light schedule such as ours requires consistency. While we understand that emergencies can happen and we are happy to accommodate them, if you plan on skipping a raid night every week please do not apply.

Loot System
We use a loot council system for loot distribution. Our council comprises of four officers and a raider. We have noticed this to be an efficient way to distribute loot among our raiders. While the loot distribution process is kept fair and considers attendance, previous items received, comparative upgrade to other raiders, etc., please bear in mind that our focus is progression, first and foremost and the loot distribution will reflect the focus while the guild is progressing. In essence we are not looking for crybabies when it comes to loot. Please be mindful that when a boss is dead everyone will eventually get everything they need from it.

Days: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday
Times: 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM (CST) | 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM (EST) | 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (PST)
Sunday is added to the raiding schedule for the first three weeks of every tier

What we expect from you
■ Punctuality (be early, instead of late)
■ Be prepared (with consumables, strategies, log review, etc.)
■ Bring a positive attitude towards the team
■ Be able to take on criticism, as harsh as it may be
