Pax Invictus – Alliance – Velen/Eonar – Raid times: Tues/Thurs 8:15
to 10:45 EST
The quick and dirty: We would like to make a mythic raid team. We need DPS and DPS with solid backup healer specs.
Who we are: Pax Invictus is part of the Pax gaming community with divisions in several MMOs and non-MMOs. Membership for one division is membership in all of the game divisions and movement between divisions is done freely. Each division has its own leadership teams as well as one overall community leader. Pax Invictus itself is a moderate sized guild active most days of the week.
What we bring: We bring a casual guild environment with semi-casual progression raids. When not raiding, Pax Invictus has individuals doing PVP, Mythics, fishing up Ashbringers, and more. During Raid environments the members of Pax Invictus joke and laugh – but once the pull timer starts we become more serious. We are currently 7/7 on Heroic Emerald Nightmare.
Our raiding standpoint: Pax Invictus has a set of minimum requirements to join our raids. At the beginning of any raid night, as long as someone meets the requirements, we bring as many people as we can. If we begin to wipe multiple times on a boss and we have found our mechanics to be solid (We have enough healers, we are dodging the bad stuff, etc), then we begin the unfortunate task of asking underperforming players to sit out the rest of the night.
Players can be asked to sit for repeatedly causing raid wipes, missing mechanics, or performing poorly in numbers.
We want as many of our guild to progress as far as we can, but we cannot stall the progress of the rest of the raid team due to individuals.
What we need: Pax Invictus currently has a small raid team of 10-15 on any given raid night. We would like to gain enough numbers to form a solid Mythic raid team. We aren’t going to race for numbers and will gradually progress to our goal as we find new recruits who fit into our community. Currently, we have 2 full time tanks and 4 core healers. We have 2-3 DPS capable of being a tank and 1 DPS who acts as a backup healer if one of our healers can’t make the raid that night.
We need new people who are primarily DPS, as well as Primary DPS with a solid backup healer spec to cover for our core healers in case of absences.
